Description

After just one day, about a cup of whey will form in the pot. If you plan to bake with cream cheese, it's better to use a fruit-flavored and creamier yogurt. Do not add lemon juice. This way, the cream cheese will acquire a pleasant fruity aroma and a slightly sweet taste.

Ingredients

  • Fermented Milk - 17 fl oz
  • 1% Kefir - 17 fl oz
  • Dessert Yogurt - 8 fl oz
  • Lemon - ½ piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the fermented baked milk, kefir, and yogurt into a bowl.

Step 2

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add a tablespoon to the dairy mixture. Stir well.

Step 3

Line a colander with cheesecloth in 3-4 layers and pour the dairy mixture onto it. Place a pot under the colander and refrigerate for 36 hours.
