- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.8 oz
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground Caraway - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste

Preheat the oven to 347°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the butter, cheese, flour, and salt in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Place the dough on a well-floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is 0.5 cm thick.

Lay the sticks on the lined baking sheet. Brush lightly beaten egg on top using a brush.
