Ingredients
- 10% cream - 1 cup
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
- Vanillin - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the cream into a saucepan, place it on ice or in cold water, and whip until thick foam forms (the foam should hold on a spoon).
Step 2
While continuing to whip the cream, gradually add the powdered sugar, a little vanillin, and slowly pour in the gelatin. The gelatin should be previously dissolved in ¼ cup of boiling water.
