Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 10.6 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.9 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 7.9 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk - ¼ cup
- Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Roll out a sheet of pastry, keeping the second one in the freezer for now. Use a pizza cutter to cut the pastry into 30 equal strips. Wrap each strip around a cone-shaped mold.
Step 3
Place the molds with the pastry on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Allow to cool completely before filling with cream.
Step 5
Beat the cream cheese with sugar using a mixer. Add lemon juice and heavy cream. Whip until you achieve a smooth and fairly stable mixture. If you want to add sweetness, fold in the condensed milk.
Step 6
Fill the puffs with cream. Arrange them on a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
