Ingredients
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil with a pinch of salt, sugar, and butter.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let cool to a warm temperature.
Step 4
Then add one egg at a time until the dough becomes very thick like sour cream.
Step 5
Spray the baking sheet with water, and use a pastry syringe to pipe the dough.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes on the bottom (do not open the door) and for about 5 minutes on the top.
Step 7
Cool and use a syringe to fill with cream. For the cream, whip condensed milk with butter.
