- Wheat Flour - 1¼ cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - ¼ cup
- Powdered Sugar - 8.8 oz
- 10% cream - 1 cup
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, beat the eggs, add 200 grams of powdered sugar, and add the vanillin. Mix everything well until a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed. Then, add the flour to the saucepan, stir, and dilute the resulting dough with milk.
Step 2
On a preheated iron sheet, lightly greased with a piece of wax, use a tablespoon to spread the dough and flatten it to form thin small pancakes, then place it in a hot oven. As soon as the edges of the pancakes turn golden, remove them one by one without taking the entire sheet out of the oven and roll them into tubes.
Step 3
Blanch the pistachios or almonds in boiling water, remove the skins, and finely chop. Whip the cream until thick foam forms and mix with powdered sugar and vanillin. Fill the rolls with whipped cream from a piping bag, place them on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and top with pistachios.
