Ingredients
- Sugar - 3.9 oz
- Apple - 2 lbs
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Chocolate Biscuit Base - 2 pieces
- Almond - 1.8 oz
- Cream - 10 fl oz
- Hazelnut - to taste
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut 800 grams of apples into cubes and 200 grams into wedges. Sauté the apple cubes for 3 minutes with 50 grams of sugar, 4 tablespoons of water, cinnamon, lemon zest, and juice.
Step 2
Mix 2 tablespoons of water with starch, add to the apples, and bring to a boil, then remove the cinnamon and zest.
Step 3
Combine the cottage cheese with 20 grams of sugar and dissolved gelatin. Cut the biscuit base horizontally into 2 layers. Spread the cottage cheese and apple mixture on one layer, cover with the second layer, and chill for 2 hours.
Step 4
Sauté the apple wedges for 2 minutes with 4 tablespoons of water and 20 grams of sugar. Whip the cream into stiff peaks and cover the cake. Garnish with chopped nuts and apple wedges.
