- Water - 2 fl oz
- Heavy cream - 4 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide

In a saucepan, stir together the sugar, corn syrup, and water over medium heat.

When the mixture comes to a boil, stop stirring and let the caramel cook until it turns golden.
