Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.1 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Macadamia Nuts - 3.5 oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add the vanilla and gradually mix in the sugar.
Step 3
Sift the flour and salt and fold into the butter mixture. Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
Step 4
Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Gently press with a fork to flatten the cookies and bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes until golden. Leave on the baking sheet for 3 minutes and transfer to a plate.
