Description
If you don't have special pastry tools, you can use a plastic bag with a corner cut off, or roll parchment paper into a cone and cut off the tip.

- Liquid dark chocolate - 8.8 oz
- 10% cream - 14 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Fresh Berries - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dark layer, melt the finely chopped chocolate with the butter and 300 ml of cream. Add the mascarpone and mix well. Pour into clear (for example, disposable) cups and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the light layer, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. While continuing to beat, gradually pour in the cream to create a light and airy cream.
Step 3
Using a pastry bag with a decorative tip, pipe the light cream into the cups on top of the chocolate layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the cream to set. Garnish with berries before serving.
