Ingredients
- Cream - 1 qt
- Sour Cream - 4 cans
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 10 pieces
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Candied fruits - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sour cream. Add the cream and mix well. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until the whey separates.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into cheesecloth and let it sit for a while to drain the liquid.
Step 3
Transfer the prepared curds to a bowl and add vanillin and sugar. Mix well.
Step 4
Then add the slightly chopped nuts, citrus zests, and cardamom to taste.
Step 5
Wet the mold for the pudding with water, line it with cheesecloth, and fill it with the curd mixture. Cover the top with the edges of the cheesecloth. Place a weight on top and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
Step 6
Invert the pudding onto a plate and remove the cheesecloth.
