  • Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip the heavy cream with a mixer on medium speed until it reaches the consistency of thick kefir.

Step 2

Gradually add the powdered sugar.

Step 3

Pre-dissolve the gelatin. When the cream reaches the consistency of sour cream, gradually pour in the warm (body temperature) gelatin. Whip until the cream achieves the desired stable consistency.

Step 4

Place the cream in the refrigerator for an hour, after which it can be used.
