Ingredients
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Donut Peaches - 4.2 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in water.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with sugar and combine with boiled milk.
Step 3
Continuously stir the mixture and heat it to 70–176°F.
Step 4
Combine the heated mixture with the swollen gelatin and warm slightly to dissolve it.
Step 5
Whip the cream.
Step 6
Cool the mixture and mix it with the whipped cream.
Step 7
You can add strawberry puree to create a pink layer.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
