- Cola - 17 fl oz
- 20% Cream - 8 fl oz
- Maple syrup - 1 fl oz
- Vanilla Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour cola into freezing molds up to 1/3 full. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the cream with maple syrup, salt, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Fill the molds with the cream mixture up to 2/3 full and place back in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Top off with cola and place in the freezer for 1 hour until completely frozen.
