- 20% Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
- Sugar - 2.1 oz
- 3.2% Milk - 2 fl oz
- Oreo Cookies - 4.4 oz

Step 1
Crush the cookies into large crumbs. You can place the cookies in a clean bag and crush them with a rolling pin, use a blender, or simply crush them by hand, whichever is more convenient for you, as long as the crumbs are not too fine. If you're bothered by the presence of cream filling between the cookies, you can scrape it off and not use it. Or you can use it — it's up to you.
Step 2
Dissolve the sugar in 60 ml of water, add the milk, sour cream, and previously whipped cream, then add the crushed cookies and mix well. Distribute the resulting mixture into plastic ice cream cups and place them in the freezer for an hour, after which insert wooden sticks into the slightly frozen ice cream and leave until fully frozen.
Step 3
Remove the ice cream from the cups, decorate the top with whole Oreo cookies, and serve.
