Ingredients
- Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- White Beans - 1 piece
- Gelatin - 1 piece
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 7.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Brandy - 2 tablespoons
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water for a couple of minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Step 2
Mix the cream with sugar, add the vanilla bean and seeds, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Remove from heat, strain, add the gelatin, and mix well. Pour into molds and cool.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator. After about 3 hours, it should have the desired consistency.
Step 5
Mix the strawberries with brown sugar, add the brandy, and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Add the cornstarch dissolved in cold water, stir.
Step 7
Let it cool slightly and pour over the cooled panna cotta.
