  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Butter - 4.2 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Chestnut puree - 3 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, then mix in the sugar, salt, and milk.

Step 2

Add the softened butter, then the flour and baking powder.

Step 3

Add the puree and cinnamon and mix well.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 5

Pour the batter into a greased round pan and bake for about 1 hour until done, checking with a toothpick.
