Ingredients
- Serviceberries - 16.8 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 0.6 cups
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Orange Syrup - 2½ tablespoons
- Brown Sugar - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the blackberries in a bowl, reserving 0.5 cups of berries for garnish, and drizzle with vinegar. Let sit for 15 minutes. Distribute the marinated berries into 6 heatproof glass ramekins.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and sour cream and spoon into the ramekins. Drizzle honey on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle each dessert with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and place under the broiler for a few seconds until the sugar caramelizes. Garnish with fresh blackberries on top.
