Ingredients
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Bananas - 6 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add milk and salt. Gradually add flour while stirring. The batter should be smooth and lump-free.
Step 2
Fry crepes from the batter in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Prepare the cream: mix the puree of 1–1.5 bananas, powdered sugar, and sour cream.
Step 4
Place 2 crepes on a large beautiful plate. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of cream on top, then add sliced bananas.
Step 5
Cover with another crepe, spread with cream, and top with the next crepe. Cream, sliced bananas, crepe.
Step 6
On the last crepe, place the bananas. You can decorate with a drizzle of chocolate glaze, grated chocolate, or something else.
