- Milk - 1 qt
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack three eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with salt and sugar.

Add the milk and stir.

While stirring the dough, gradually add flour until the mixture reaches the consistency of 15% sour cream.

Now add vegetable oil and baking soda. Stir, then set the bowl aside.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. To do this, mix the condensed milk with softened butter, then add sour cream. Place it in the refrigerator.

Let's return to the batter. Grease the skillet with vegetable oil. Heat it up and pour in a little batter, spreading it across the surface. Once the pancake is covered in bubbles, flip it over. Keep it on the heat for a few more seconds, then remove it from the skillet.

In the same way, we work with the remaining batter, but without greasing the pan this time. This will result in a stack of pancakes.
Step 8
Take the cream out of the refrigerator and spread it on the pancakes. Decorate the cake to your liking.
