Ingredients
- Thin Crepes - 11 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2 spoons
- Black Currant Jam - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Do not strain the cottage cheese too much.
Step 2
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until thick.
Step 3
Mix the cream with the cottage cheese, reserving a little for the topping of the cake.
Step 4
Assemble the cake: Spread cream on 3 pancakes (one on each), add blueberries to 2 (one on each), spread cream on 3 (one on each), and add blueberries to 2 (one on each). Coat the top pancake with the remaining whipped cream.
Step 5
Refrigerate for a couple of hours to chill.
