Ingredients
- Milk - 2½ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 4 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Ricotta cheese - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 7.1 oz
- Yogurt powder - 8.8 oz
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz

Step 1
Prepare the pancake batter. To do this, blend together 2 cups of milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt, and baking soda. Cook the pancakes.
Step 2
For the cream, soak the gelatin in 0.5 cups of milk, let it swell for 30 minutes, and then heat it in a water bath until completely dissolved. Whip the cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the ricotta with the yogurt and gelatin. Gradually fold in the whipped cream. Place the finished cream in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to thicken slightly.
Step 3
Place 4 pancakes at the bottom of a round mold, ensuring that the edges are left free to cover the cake later. Next, stack the pancakes, spreading cream between each layer. The final layer should be cream. Cover the cake with the edges of the first 4 pancakes. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow it to soak.
