Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Mandarins - 6 pieces
- Chocolate shavings - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the yolks, milk, sugar, salt, flour, and starch and beat well, then add the egg whites and beat quickly again - the mixture should be liquid and slightly frothy. Fry in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil like regular crepes, lay them out on a table or cutting board, and let them cool completely.
Step 2
Make the cream: whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the cream cheese and whip again - the cream should be very thick.
Step 3
Peel 3 mandarins, remove the seeds, and finely chop them.
Step 4
Assemble the cake: place a crepe on a plate, drizzle it with mandarin juice, spread cream on it, and place 1/4 of the chopped mandarins on top, cover with a second crepe - continue layering all the crepes, spreading cream on the top one as well, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 5
Then sprinkle with chocolate shavings and decorate with mandarins.
