Crepe Cake with Nutella

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 9.9 oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Hazelnut - 2.5 oz
  • Large eggs - 6 pieces
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Nutella® - 1 jar
  • Nuts - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, vanillin, and salt — stir and whisk until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a skillet.

Step 3

Fry the crepes in oil on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Spread chocolate spread between the crepes (including the top) to form a cake.

Step 5

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Step 6

Chill before serving.
