  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Boiling water - 0.7 cup
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 8.8 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
  • Romaine lettuce - ¼ bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, milk, egg, boiling water, oil, and salt. Make crepes from the resulting batter. (You will get about 6-8 pieces).

Step 2

Spread cream cheese on the first crepe and place a few leaves of lettuce on top.

Step 3

Place another crepe, spread with cheese, and add slices of thinly sliced trout. Cover with another crepe spread with cheese. Then add another crepe spread with cheese and lettuce. The final layer will be with cheese and trout. Cover everything with a crepe spread with cheese on the bottom.

Step 4

Cut the crepe cake in half. Spread cheese on one half and place the second half on top.

Step 5

Skewer the cherry tomatoes and then insert them into the crepes.

Step 6

Cut the crepe cake into long strips, then cut the strips into squares for canapés.

Step 7

For stability, you can place the canapés on slices of hard cheese.
