Ingredients
- Thin Crepes - 18 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 1½ cans
- Salt - to taste
- Rice - 1 cup
- Dill - 0 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the crepes according to any recipe. Prepare the fillings.
Step 2
1 - Cut the chicken, sauté with onion, and simmer, adding a bit of sour cream.
Step 3
2 - Mix the pre-cooked rice with 1 boiled chopped egg and dill.
Step 4
3 - Sauté the mushrooms with onion.
Step 5
Place one of the fillings on the edge of each crepe and roll them up.
Step 6
Arrange the rolled crepes in a greased baking dish, alternating different fillings.
Step 7
For the sauce, mix 2 eggs and a cup of sour cream. Pour the sauce over the crepes - pour sauce over the first layer of crepes, then add more rolled crepes and again sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes.
