- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.1 oz
- Scallions - 6 stalks
- Red Caviar - 6 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar and salt, and make a well in the dry mixture. Lightly beat the eggs and add warm milk. Carefully pour the egg-milk mixture into the flour, stirring until a homogeneous batter forms, then add melted oil and let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a skillet, grease it with vegetable oil, and fry thin crepes.
Step 3
Cut several thin crepes across into two or three parts. Fold each crepe strip in half widthwise. Place 1 teaspoon of soft cream cheese at the edge of each strip, roll it up, and tie with a green onion stalk (to make the onion more pliable, dip it in boiling water for a second).
Step 4
Top each roll with 1 teaspoon of caviar.
