- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 7 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with 40 grams of sugar until light and fluffy. Add the milk, 60 ml of vegetable oil, and fold in the flour and salt.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites until frothy, then fold them into the yolk mixture.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry thin pancakes from the prepared batter.
Step 4
For the sauce, melt the butter over medium heat, add the sugar, stir, and pour in the orange juice. Continue to cook, stirring, until the sauce begins to thicken.
Step 5
Fold the pancakes into triangles and place them in the sauce. Heat for 1 minute, then transfer to a plate. Drizzle with the remaining sauce.
