Description

- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 24 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Large eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Beans - 1 piece
- Cake crumbs - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat 1 egg with sugar and salt (½ teaspoon).
Step 2
Add 240 ml of cold milk.
Step 3
Gradually add the flour while constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Pour in the remaining milk in small portions, mixing until smooth. Let the mixture rest.
Step 6
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Step 7
Add 1 egg yolk.
Step 8
Pour the sugar into a bowl.

Mash the banana into a puree and mix it with the cottage cheese mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Mix and refrigerate.

Grease a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown, greasing the pan with oil after each crepe.
