- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces

- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz

- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2.3 oz
- Vanillin - 0.2 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz

Step 1
Prepare the batter for the crepes: mix milk, eggs, sugar (1 tablespoon), a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, and flour.

Mix everything thoroughly; the batter should be liquid.
Step 3
Cook thin crepes in a preheated pan; they should be white in color.
Step 4
Prepare the cottage cheese filling: pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add vanilla, sugar (40 grams), and raisins. Use light raisins and pre-soak them in boiling water.
Step 5
Spread a thin layer of cottage cheese on the finished crepes and fold them into an envelope.
