Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Ham - 40.6 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Mix the flour, milk, eggs, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
Step 3
Add the melted butter to the batter and let it rest for 15 minutes to swell.
Step 4
For the filling, mix the sour cream and ham, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
From the batter, cook small crepes in butter (you should get about 12 pieces).
Step 6
Spread the filling over the crepes and carefully roll them up. Place the crepes on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle it over the crepes. Bake at 392°F for about 15 minutes. Top with finely chopped dill.
