Description
A sweet recipe that combines two of our favorite cuisines. In Italy, it's common to snack on a slice of bread with Nutella between meals. With crepes, Nutella can become a wonderful festive dessert. The base consists of thin, delicate crepes that can be folded into envelopes and filled with a variety of fillings for easy eating. To add a festive touch, we decorate them with bananas and fresh berries. By the way, if desired, you can make a Nutella alternative at home by adding a couple of tablespoons of cocoa and honey to ground raw hazelnuts.

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, whip the eggs with salt until frothy.
