- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add diced butter and cottage cheese to the flour. Quickly chop with a knife until crumbly. Add the yolk and knead the dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle and cut it into triangles. Sprinkle the triangles with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, then roll them into crescents.
Step 3
Place the crescents on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer for 25–30 minutes. Bake at 392°F for 25–30 minutes.
