- Puff Pastry - 15.9 oz
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Mint - 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 4.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the cheese mixture by mashing the cheese, eggs, and mint with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Unroll the sheets of dough and cut them into 3 strips, each 8 cm wide. The length should reach 18 cm.
Step 3
Brush a strip of dough with melted butter and place a small amount of cheese filling in one corner. Fold to create a triangle at the corner, and continue folding until the entire strip is wrapped around the filling. Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Brush the outside with melted butter and bake the pies for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
