- Wheat Flour - 3 cups

- Paprika - 3 tablespoons
- Spices - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 cup
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Safflower Oil - 17 fl oz

Step 1
Thaw the chicken breast, trim off the fat, and cut into pieces about 2 by 8 cm.

In a deep bowl, make the sauce: crack the egg, pour in the cup of milk, and whisk. While whisking, gradually add the cup of flour, tablespoon of salt, and tablespoon of paprika. The consistency should be like liquid sour cream. If it's too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more flour. Place the chicken pieces into this sauce.
Step 3
While the chicken is soaking in the sauce, take a small plastic bag, add 1.5 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper (if a spicy version is desired), and 1 tablespoon of paprika. Add spices to taste, such as 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon of ginger, and basil. Seal the bag and shake to mix the flour and spices.
Step 4
Place the sauce-soaked pieces into the bag and shake. The pieces should be completely coated in the flour and spices. For 900 grams of chicken, this process will need to be done twice as one bag will not be enough.
Step 5
Heat a deep skillet and pour in the sunflower oil. You will need a lot of oil, about 0.5 liters. Wait for it to heat up.
Step 6
When the oil is hot, place the pieces in the skillet, submerging them in the oil. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
