- Sugar - ⅓ cup
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces

- Salt - ⅓ teaspoon

Beat the softened butter with sugar, add salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, and mix well.

Incorporate the eggs into the mixture. Crush 3 cups of cornflakes and combine them with the mixture, let it sit for 15 minutes, then add the chopped walnuts and remaining cornflakes, and mix.
Step 3
Scoop the prepared dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced 5 cm apart. Bake the cookies for 35 minutes at 356°F.
