- Egg Yolk - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg yolks for 10–15 minutes until a thick, fluffy foam forms.
Step 2
While continuing to whip, gradually add the sifted vanilla sugar. Pipe the resulting mixture from the bowl onto a baking sheet greased with oil or lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 110–248°F.
Step 3
After baking and cooling, sandwich the meringues together with jam.
