  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Pork fat - 4 tablespoons
  • Vanillin - 0.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 17 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Transfer the finished pastries to a serving dish.

Mix powdered sugar with vanillin. Sprinkle on top and serve.

Step 3

Beat the yolks with sugar.

Step 4

Add milk.

Step 5

Gradually add flour to knead a stiff dough.

Step 6

Let it rest for a bit.

Roll out into a thin layer. Use a glass to cut out circles and make 4-5 cuts on each with a knife.
