- Courgette - 30 oz
- Large eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Smoked salt - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Peel the zucchini.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini into sticks.
Step 4
Transfer the zucchini to a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let the excess liquid drain. This takes about 15 minutes.

Pat the zucchini dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl, crack the egg, add smoked paprika and minced garlic.

Mix well.

Coat the zucchini in flour. It’s easiest to coat all the zucchini in flour at once and place them on a board.

First, dip the stick into the bowl with the egg.

Then, coat with breadcrumbs.
