- Croissant - 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 3.5 oz
- Nutella® - 8.5 oz
- Heavy cream - 2 fl oz
- Strawberry - 2.8 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 2.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - 2.1 oz
- Serviceberries - 2.1 oz
- Mint - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix Nutella with cream cheese to achieve a smoother texture.
Step 10
Top with the mascarpone and cream mixture.
Step 11
Sprinkle with berries.
Step 12
Serve garnished with mint and lightly dusted with powdered sugar.

Place mascarpone cheese in the mixing bowl.

Pour in the heavy cream.

Add powdered sugar.

Whip the mixture until smooth.

Warm the croissants in the oven or microwave for 2–3 minutes.

While the croissants are warming, chop the berries as desired.

Slice the croissants lengthwise.

Spread the Nutella and cream cheese mixture on the croissants.
