  • Dry yeast - 1½ tablespoons

In warm milk, add yeast, sugar, and a pinch of salt, then add melted margarine (not hot, just warm) and eggs. Mix everything together and gradually incorporate the flour, kneading the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour — it should double in size — knead it down about 3 times.

Step 2

Then, take a piece of dough and roll it out into a flat sheet, then cut it into triangles.

Step 3

Fill the triangles with jam and roll them up from the base to the tip, brush the tops with egg, and bake in the oven.
