Croissants with Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Puff Pastry - 21.2 oz
  • Nutella® - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Roll out the pastry into a rectangular sheet — it doesn't need to be rolled out very thinly. Cut into triangles. Make a small cut on the wide side of each triangle (this is to make it easier to roll up the beautiful croissants).

Step 2

Closer to the wide side, place a teaspoon of chocolate spread. Tightly roll up the croissants (from the base of the triangle to its tip). Transfer to a baking sheet, cover with a napkin, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes (this will slow down the dough rising process).

Step 3

Brush the croissants with milk and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes (in other words, bake until golden brown).
