Mix 100 grams of butter, 150 grams of flour, and 50 grams of sugar with a fork until crumbly. Add the yolk and knead with your hands until a soft ball forms. Wrap the ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 25–30 minutes.
