  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Brown Sugar - 0.9 oz
  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, drizzling them with lemon juice. Transfer the apples to the dish with the strawberries (there's no need to drain the juice from the frozen strawberries, as this will make the crumble too dry), and sprinkle with a third of the sugar.

Step 2

Combine the sugar with the butter and mix until you achieve a paste-like consistency. Add the flour and mix with a fork until a uniform crumbly texture forms.

Step 3

Evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over the apples and strawberries, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
