  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 10.6 oz
  • Frozen black currant puree - 17.6 oz
  • Biscoff Cookie Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Oranges - 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Squeeze the juice from the oranges, add 50 grams of sugar, cinnamon, and prunes, and simmer for fifteen minutes over low heat.

Step 2

Take out the cinnamon, place the prunes with the sauce in a baking dish, add the currants, sprinkle with the remaining sugar, mix well, and top with cookies crushed into fine crumbs using a blender.

Step 3

Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 383°F.
