Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Raisins - to taste
- Candied fruits - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the crumb, thoroughly rub 100 grams of butter with 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and half a teaspoon of unquenched baking soda until a crumbly mixture forms.
Step 2
For the filling, mix 300–400 grams of cottage cheese (preferably 9%), 1 cup of sugar, and 2–3 chicken eggs until smooth; add vanillin, raisins, and candied fruits if desired.
Step 3
In a baking dish, melt 30 grams of butter and grease the inside of the dish with it. Place half of the crumb mixture in the dish, then add the filling and cover it with the remaining crumb.
Step 4
Bake on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
