Crushed Cookies in Powdered Sugar
Ingredients
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.6 oz
- Baking Powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate. Add the coffee to the chocolate (the coffee is not brewed). Mix the egg with 50 g of sugar. Add the melted chocolate and stir. Chop the almonds and add them to the flour mixed with the baking powder. Add the flour to the chocolate mixture. At this stage, the mixture looks like liquid; place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 2
After 2 hours, take the dough out. Form small balls, roll them first in sugar crystals, and then in powdered sugar.
Step 3
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (leave space between the cookies as they spread), and bake at 320°F for a little over 20 minutes.
