  • Water - 4 cups

In boiling salted water, add the previously rinsed crushed wheat (if the wheat is finely crushed, rinsing is not necessary). Cook, stirring, for 15–20 minutes. When the porridge thickens, let it sit covered for 40–50 minutes to steam.
