Cupcakes with Boiled Condensed Milk
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - ½ can
- Nuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the softened butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add the milk and mix. If milk is not available, you can use the same amount of low-fat cream, kefir, yogurt, or sour cream.
Step 4
Add the baking powder and flour. The batter should be neither too thick nor too runny.
Step 5
Spray silicone molds with water. Fill each mold with 1/3 of the batter (about 1 tablespoon), then add 0.5–1 teaspoon of condensed milk, and then top with more batter (about 1 tablespoon) so that the molds are filled to 3/4.
Step 6
Decorate with nuts and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–25 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
Step 7
Let the finished cupcakes cool in the mold. (This makes them easier to remove.)
