Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - 0 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Melted Cheese - ⅓ cup
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Jam - 6.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanillin.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, then add the melted butter and lemon zest.
Step 3
Combine the flour mixture and the egg mixture. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
In the molds, place 2 teaspoons of batter and spread evenly. Then place 1 teaspoon of jam in the center. Top with another 2 teaspoons of batter.
Step 5
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 392°F.
